Our Services

For those of you who are new to the staging scene, let me explain a little bit about what staging is and how it is helpful to you.

Here’s how it works: clients (that’s you) call us when they need help selling their home. Whether your house has been sitting on the market for a while, or you are getting ready to list, we are here to make your house more marketable. As a home stager, our job is to provide a custom list of suggestions on how to edit your home to make buyers fall in love with it. We can provide advice that ranges from de-cluttering, to painting, to fully furnishing your home. This increases the value of your home substantially and can be a catalyst for higher offers and bigger payoffs on the sale of your home.

If you have further questions on how this investment in your home is beneficial to you, please give us a call!

Step 1:

You give us a call or email and we will set up a consultation with you in your home. During this consultation, we will thoroughly tour your house and provide suggestions from a ‘buyer’s perspective’ on how to edit your home. As we walk through, with your permission, we will move some things around and give your home a little ‘fluff’ to show you a glimpse of how we could transform it into a buyer’s dream.

Step 2:

At the end of the consultation, you will decide whether you want to take our suggestions and do the work yourself or if you would like to hire us to manage the project for you. If you choose the latter, we will provide a quote for you on what we believe it will cost to complete the project and will begin the transformation process. Any work (such as painting, handiwork, de-cluttering, etc.) will be scheduled. If any furniture is required for the project, or any extra items need to be purchased, we will pick those out for you.

Step 3:

The last step is Staging Day! This is our favorite part of the journey where everything comes together. Typically, this is when furniture is delivered and all the finishing touches are put in place. By the end of this day you will hopefully see your home in a new light and it will be ready for an open house!

Once your home is sold, we hope that you call or email us to let us know about your success!
